Age Requirements

  • Krav Maga: Students must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Self defense seminars: Students must be 18 or 13 years of age with Adult or guardian supervision
  • All other regular classes: Students must be 16 years of age or older unless otherwise approved by the instructor.
