At Saeng Jeon Do, we combine traditional martial arts values with practical, reality-based self-defense training. Our programs help students build strength, discipline, confidence, and skill while growing in honesty, perseverance, respect, integrity, and trust. We are not a commercialized martial arts school focused on shortcuts or trends. We value dedication, commitment, passion, community, and affordability. Classes are designed and taught by Grand Master and Master-level instructors with decades of experience, creating a training environment that is welcoming, respectful, demanding, and focused on real growth. New students are welcome to try a one-week introductory trial to experience our training, meet our instructors, and see if Saeng Jeon Do is the right fit. Our current training location is inside the recreation building of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church: 2780 North Center Street, Hickory, NC 28601.
