Saeng Jeon Do does not promote the idea of a "one size fits all" program. Each program is designed and oriented to the specific needs and requests of each martial artist. Due to the extensive instructor background with various law enforcement and tactical training and experience, our programs are oriented to both civilians and law enforcement with a functional-based mind-set.

Tue & Thu 6:15-7:30PM
Hapkido focuses on utilizing coordinated power with balance, leverage, and positioning for self-defense and control of your opponent. Some of our Hapkido techniques include strikes, kicks, avoidance, deflection, redirection, blocks, joint locks, chokes, throws, rolls, falling, ground defense, and weapons defense.
Thu 6-7:30 PM, Sat 7-9 AM
Balintawak Escrima is a Philippine martial art that focuses on the use of one rattan stick as compared to two which are often used in other Escrima and Arnis systems.
Tue & Thu, 6:15 - 7:30
Taekwon-Do is a traditional Korean martial art that utilizes various techniques for defense and offense. Leg, Knee, hand, and elbow techniques are predominately used in Taekwon-do, often in combinations.
Mon 6-7:30 pm / Sat 9 -11 am GM Yoder
Krav Maga is an Israeli martial art that was specifically designed to quickly meet and neutralize various threats by utilizing basic but sound concepts and techniques.
Mon & Wed 6:15 - 7:30 pm
Brazilian Jiujitsu is a strong combative art that evolved from the art of Japanese Jiujitsu in the early 1900’s. Simplicity and having the ability to work against a larger person are the trademarks of this art that is constantly evolving.
We encourage our students to continuing training in all available styles of their preference. The student can choose from the various arts and receive certification.
